Repurpose an Ikea Shelf Into a Sliding Pantry [Ikea Hacks]:
One of the authors at Ikea modification weblog Ikea Hackers had a 10" gap between their refrigerator and the wall. The author's house didn't have a pantry so he added casters to Ikea Kilby Bookshelves, added a bit of moulding to cover the casters, painted the side of the shelf to match his cabinetry, and added a matching cabinet pull.
